More Shots

Some more shots today, only three I'm afraid. It was just Kevin and I, working on our duel out in the back yard. Apologies for the low quality of the shots, but the camera was only sitting on a table with nobody there to switch from automatic to manual, zoom in and out, and all that. One problem seems to stem from the movement of the shinai - as seen below, in motion the camera can't quite keep up. I hope Rob will be able to sort that out.







The budget seems to climb every day. I'm going to set a tentative budget of €500 but I'm not sure if we're going to be able to stick to that. So far that covers three costumes, spare shinai and other accessories, but we'll see just how long it stays at that.

In other news, I'm creating accounts for the others so they can post their thoughts and experiences on this blog, too. So hopefully you'll see them posting every now and then, too.
